We at 3D Avenue are committed to protect the information of our players and anyone that use our software applications (such as Nanomites or Spectrum) or our website.  We believe that every user of our apps or services has the right to know what information we collect, how do we collect it, how do we use it or when and with who we share that information.

Information we collect and how we collect it:

Personal Information

  • Some of our applications may feature advertising within our service. In order to display advertisements relevant to you, we collect the advertising identifier (better known as Google’s Advertiser ID) and a device identifier for each unique user. The advertiser may also collect other information such as MAC address, IMEI, geo-location information and IP address.
  • The “contact us” section of our website asks the user for a valid e-mail so we can reply back.
  • Our applications requires your physical location data to correctly display the rankings accordingly to your country of origin.
  • We might collect your Name in order to display it on the leaderboards.

Technical information

  • General information of your device, including the operating system, device type, screen resolution, default browser type and such. We use this information to conduct research and analysis, in order to optimize and offer a better gameplay experience to our players.

Information based on other services

In order to access the leaderboards or rankings, 3D Avenue may collect identifiers associated with a user’s account on social network sites such as Facebook or Twitter, as well as game services like Apple Game Center or Google Play Game Services.

How we use this information

We use the information collected through the use of our applications or services to:

  • Display your local / global leaderboards
  • Optimize the performance of the game depending on your device type
  • Research and keep improving our games
  • Provide customer support
  • Respond to your comments and suggestions

When do we share the information?

  • We may share your information in connection with any merger, sale of our assets, a financing or acquisition of a portion or all of our business to another company. We will notify all of our users and players if this happens through or website.
  • If you log into any of our Apps using a third party service, such as Facebook, Google+ or Apple Game Center, we may share information provided by those services to other players in order to use some of the features like leaderboards.

Regarding Social Media Sharing features

Our applications may include some features to allow the player to post updates or actions on social media sites such as Facebook or Twitter, through some integrated tools (Facebook’s “Like” button or Twitter’s “Tweet this” button for example) and vice versa. Most of the social media sites have a requirement of at least 13 years of age in order to use their services.
